KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong media relationships and client relationships
• Drive successful projects which meet agreed objectives and timeframes
• Ability to develop proposals with support from your Directors
• Able to effectively manage fashion shows, events and press days
• Be proactive in both feature ideas and news story generation for your clients
• Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the media developments and spot opportunities for your clients
• Build media contacts and be able to demonstrate and share knowledge with the team
• Liaise with entertainment and fashion press and maintain effective relationships
• Support with social media management
• Develop and execute VIP Relations strategies across our fashion and lifestyle clients
• Liaise with VIP's and their various representatives including management, agents, publicists and stylists both in the UK & internationally
• Manage the VIP guest list for client events
• Ongoing development of VIP contacts databases

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least 4 years of experience and knowledge of both High Street and High End brands (agency PR experience an advantage).
• Strong written skills and media awareness
• Diverse network of VIP and entertainment industry contacts
• Extremely well-organized and efficient with good time management skills
• Enthusiastic and proactive
• The ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance
